From RivaTuner you may configure many options form the NVIDIA graphic cards, from speed adjustments till the characteristics in DirectDraw, OpenGL and more.

You may also control the vertical synchronization (VSync); AGP; the speed of 3D card and its memory and it generates a report over several aspects of the graphic system.
