The application has a wide video format support, including AVI, WMV, MOV, RM, RMVB, MPG, MPEG, MPG, ASF, FLV and VOB plus 3GP and MP4 portable formats. As regards the audio, Aimersoft DVD Ripper supports the following output formats: WMA, M4A, MP3, AC3 and WAV.

This is an excellent way to keep a copy of your original DVDs and to transfer them to your portable players such as iPod, Zune, PSP or mobile pone.

Other feature of the program enables you to join chapters on the one hand and subtitles on the other to rip them in two heavy files respectively. You will notice that Aimersoft DVD Ripper does not alter the original DVD quality, being able to specify the output properties through predefined conversion profiles.
