Fenix Msn is a tool that enables you to create nicknames, emoticons, avatars, drawings and many other things.

You can choose the parts of the avatars, emoticons, “meegos”, and then build up with each piece the avatar you want.

This program is not an add-on, so it works separately and independently from Msn Messenger.
