Jabref is a simple application to manage some notes and bibliographic references, books and some other study material.

In other words, this is the "modern version" of the traditional notes on paper for bibliographic references.-

The file format that Jabref uses is BibTeX, the bibliographic standard format is LaTeX.

The application uses Java Runtime Environment.
