MedCalc is an unique software for statistics in the biomedical sciences. It has an integrated spreadsheet that can be set for five hundred columns and more than a thousand rows.

MedCalc correctly manages lost data and provides a reliable arithmetic; it imports Excel, SPSS, Dbase and Lotus files, and files in SYLK, DIF or text format.

Special features of the program are, amongst others, lots of graphs including Kaplan-Meier survival plots, Bland & Altman plot, Deming and Passing & Bablok regression for comparison method; analysis curves, sensitivity calculus, specification, probability ranges and positive and negative predictive values, Etc.

Limitations of the trial version

- Data cannot be saved.
- Spreadsheet limited to 26 columns and 182 rows.
- Graphics cannot be exported or saved.
- It can only be used 25 times.
